I think that you shoud be able to skip voicemails you don't want. I don't think that you should play messages if you don't want to hear them. Or, if you want to stop playback in the middle of a message, that should happen too. It would also be neat for premiums if there voice mails could be put up for download by them, say, under "my account." What do you all think?
Yeah that would give the primiums something to look forward to! I don't see the use of such a thing for my self!
How about a text message when you have new voice mail at zbp.
first you can skip through voice mails. if you press any button while the message is playing it will stop it and skip to the prompts.
what would be nice, is a way to skip the rest of the announcement of how many messages after you've heard what you wanna hear.
I have to agree with frequency. And for those of us who spend a lot of time in the QN console on the web site, I would like to see notifications (similar to the new PM, log in and log outs) for when you get new voice mail on ZBP. Just a thought.
sms wouldn't work internationally, but maybe email in the way we are notified of new pm would be adequate.
and there are messages that arrive in qn when you have a new vm or so it appears to me.
I would not mind seeing a thing added to your person watch for when your buds log on to zone by phone.
How about... hmm... __a line for _Alaska??? I know at least three or four or more people who would appreciate that. or maybe a toll-free number, 1800 or 1888 or something like that.
We can not do toll-free, as there would be per minute charges in place. I thought Alaska was in with the rest of the United States as far as the phone system? So just call with a cell phone in the evenings or weekends or get a cheap LD plan from Skype, for example.
or, install sj phone on your computer.
can't use sk#pe, I have a bn, not a computer, and that would be my mother's cellphone I'd be using, because she won't buy me one. a 5-second name would be good, so you could play a clip of music or be a little more creative.
As an update, I haven't found anything terribly cheap for Australia or South Africa, the two countries that seem to be most requested. We'll keep checking though. I thought Australia had one for $2 per month, but can't seem to find the link now.
sort of off topic but is there any order to who's where? like the first person you hear there has been on the shortest or longest on the system. if this is not in place then it is another suggestion.
